Step 1 Guest List
The most important thing to have a successful Pure Romance party is to OVER-INVITE! Remember the more the merrier! Use the guest list below to easily come up with 50 people for your party! And mail out the invites included with your packet! Don't count on Facebook or Evite invites alone to get people there! Hard copy invites are proven for the best return on attendance!
Remember the KEY to a successful party and more FREE stuff for YOU is to do both - send out hard copy invites (you are provided with) AND to send electronic invites! The more the merrier!
This party is all about YOU and as special thanks for welcoming me into your home, I'm going to spoil you silly! My average hostess earns $100 to $300 in FREE and DISCOUNTED Pure Romance products the night of her show - so be ready to SHOP by completing the WISH LIST in your hostess packet. Want to make sure I have your goodies with me the night of your party? Email me your wish list no later than the Sunday before your party by 5pm.
Step 3 Host a $1000 Party
WHY WOULD YOU WANT TO HAVE A $1000 SHOW?
Free Products, of course!!! In addition to the $100 hostess credit, I will also give you a special hostess gift – any item $100 or less for FREE…so how do you do it?
Hosting a $1000 PURE ROMANCE PARTY is as easy as hosting a $400 show…
Just Remember 5-15-2-2!
Get 5 outside orders before the party, have 15 people at your party.
Send out 25 invitations or more and make it a point to invite a wide circle of friends… from work, church, children’s sports, PTA, apartment complex, etc…Don’t overlook anyone!
Address the invitations to include guests. Ex: “Mrs. Jane Smith & Guest”
Invite many neighbors since all they have to do is walk over!
Call each guest as soon as we have settled on a date to let everyone know about your Pure Romance Party.
Tell everyone to bring as many guests as they wish to win a prize.
Let women know what Pure Romance is – You will be surprised at how many have not heard about us.
Two (2) weeks before your show, send out all of the invitations to your guests. The card will remind them about your show. However, many will simply forget or the invitation will be buried on the refrigerator door.
Call everyone two (2) days before your party. Your guests will appreciate the reminder call since they may have forgotten over their busy week.
Circulate the catalogs among those who cannot attend. Tell them what products you love – they will too. These “outside” orders make a huge difference for you. You will want to collect the order form along with their money to pay for the order prior to the party.

So, what do you have to lose? GO FOR IT! Working together as a team will insure that your show will be fun and rewarding!
Step 4 Keep it Simple & Have Fun!
Remember this is a Girls Night In and you should enjoy it too so I'm letting you know that it's OKAY to keep it simple! You're guests will be so busy tasting, smelling and checking out products there will be no time to eat a lot of food. So keep the food & drinks simple!
Another great idea is to ask everyone to bring something. You can turn it into a WINE party and have them bring a bottle. A Taco Party and have them bring a Taco Topping. A Martini Party and have them bring a martini fixin'. A Sexy Appetizer party and turn it into a contest.
When guests are asked to BRING something they are more likely to 1) RSVP and 2) ATTEND!
